Adult Day Care
Our adult daycare program is carefully designed to provide seniors with a comprehensive and well-rounded experience catering to their physical and psychological well-being. We offer services promoting overall health and wellness, such as medical care, healthy and balanced meals, group outings, fitness classes, artistic workshops, and other intellectually stimulating activities. Our approach is anchored in cutting-edge techniques and a holistic philosophy that ensures our seniors benefit from efficient, practical, and high-quality programs. In our safe and supportive environment, our seniors can look forward to participating in various activities that promote overall health and wellness.
Adult Home Care
Our care staff is dedicated to providing personalized assistance to ensure the well-being and quality of life of our members. Our attendant care aides are highly skilled and passionate in helping participants with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) in the comfort of their own homes. We take pride in serving our seniors, and our staff is well-trained in CPR, First Aid, HIPAA, and reporting abuse, neglect, exploitation, and program waste/fraud. We strictly adhere to our agency’s Code of Conduct, Ethics, and Compliance Plan principles to ensure that our participants receive the highest level of care and safety.
Door to Door Transportation
Our transportation team is dedicated to making sure that everyone who travels with us arrives at their destination safely. Our team of drivers is exceptional – they speak multiple languages and can provide door-to-door service for our adult day center participants and those going to medical appointments. We take pride in our compassionate, caring, and reliable team of drivers who always go the extra mile to make sure that our members feel supported and cared for.
Home Delivered Meals
Our Home Delivered Meals program adheres to the nutrition and dietitian guidelines for elderly adults set by the Department of Aging and Independent Living (DAIL). We meticulously design, prepare, and deliver meals to our participants while respecting their cultural backgrounds, preferences, and medical requirements. We are proud to serve the diverse communities of Louisville and its surrounding counties, providing them with a meal program tailored to their specific needs. Buena Vida takes pride in serving American, African, Arabic, Spanish, and other communities.
Case Management
Our organization offers Case Management services to support a cohesive network of resources for home and community waiver recipients. Our team of highly experienced Case Managers provides compassionate and personalized support to all participants. We take pride in our ability to serve clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds, including Spanish, Arabic, African, and American participants. Our commitment to excellence and dedication to meeting the unique needs of each individual we serve sets us apart in the industry.
